hello all,
.pas file generate by the smallindelfrag option of Bioscope has 4 tab separated columns.
The first one is the genome position given by the formula: C*232 + P -1 (c=chromosome number; P= position on that chromosome)
so the question is:
if I have only one chromosome then C=1 but is it possible that I obtained all genome positions (the first .pas column) that start with 429XXXXXXX.
Thanks
Erika
