I want to view the repeat sequence in gonome browser. but the .gff result can't be imported to IGV of Argo. Anyone knows how to solve this problem? Thanks.

Hi, I have been able to load RepeatMasker GFF files into IGV with no problem.
First off, I'm assuming you're using rmOutToGFF3.pl to convert the RepeatMasker output into GFF format, correct? Also, it would be good if you posted the exact error you get in IGV when trying to load your GFF. It may be that you are running out of memory, but it is hard to tell with no error information.
