    SOAPsplice outputfiles ->type?

    Hi,
    I've started using SOAPsplice to see if it is a usefull spliced aligner.

    The tool ran without problems and I'm left with 3 files.

    a .out file
    a .2Segs file
    a .junc file

    the .junc file only contains info about the junctions, and how many times the junctions were skipped, so that's just a text file.
    I have opened the files, and I understand the information.
    It contains almost the same data as a SAM file
    (name, length of segments, indels, what strand it's on, ...)

    But my question is:
    How can I visualise this data?
    If it was a BAM file I could view it with a genomeviewer of some sort, and see where all the reads aligned, but I can't use a .out file.
    So, what type of file is this, or alternatively, how do I process these files?

    Here's a short sample of the file:

    Code:
    113	ERR008661.113 HWI-EAS-249:8:1:6:1240 length=76	3,6	14,62	-	fwd	4,9	24314529,3558	0,1	T->75A2

    Multiomic Liquid Biopsy: What DNA/RNA Panels Reveal That DNA Alone Can’t
    by SEQadmin2

    Tumors contain complex mixtures of cell populations that evolve in response to treatment and host-specific factors. Tissue biopsies provide only static snapshots of a tumor’s state. But what if we could follow that evolution over time using a minimally invasive technique?

    Liquid biopsies can detect tumor-derived material circulating in the bloodstream, providing a way to study treatment response, detect emerging resistance, and discover new biomarkers. Circulating

    New Genomics Technologies Take Aim at Long-Standing Limits
    by SEQadmin2

    Researchers using sequencing and genomics tools often have to make trade-offs. They can choose between speed or scale, short reads or long-range information, or targeted panels or a view of the whole transcriptome. New technologies that have been released this year are built to address those tough choices.

    We asked six companies the same four questions to learn about their latest products. The new technologies bring a lot to the table, including rethinking sequencing
