    Reference sequence about Columbus for Velvet

    I have a little confused about the input reference sequences for Columbus for velvet. So, if I want to do the break point assembly, how can I prepare the assisted reference sequences? For example, if the break points is at chr1:1234567, shall I prepare one fasta file spaning the break points (chr1:1234467-1234667) or two individual ones (chr1:1234467-1234567 and chr1:1234567-1234667)?

    Can anyone help me on this? Thanks a lot!

    You could try both templates...remember to concatenate the two parts...
