Is there bowtie source code only for linux?

Hi!
I started studing bowtie recently.
I want to see the source code of bowtie for windows.
But I found it only for linux, and execution file for windows not source code.
So I tried to change the source code from linux to windows.
But It's very difficult to me!!

Is not there bowtie's source code for windows?
please help!

It looks like the BowTie project provides binaries ready for use on Windows. In fact going to their download page on sourceforge the latest version is 0.12.7 and there is a nice looking bowtie-0.12.7-win32.zip file - try that. No sign of a 64bit version for Windows though.

I have searched that in Google and found bowtie's binary files for Windows already.
And I will try to execute bowtie used by visual studio in Windows.
So I looked for bowtie's source code, and checked that source code.
But that is for linux.

When I tried to build the source code in visual studio, I looked many errors...

It is possible bowtie for Windows is intended to be compiled with gcc or cygwin, not the Microsoft compiler. You could ask on their mailing list for advice, but it would be simplest to try the provided binaries first.
