We've tested a number of exome service providers and are now going to regularly use Axeq.
We were quoted <£700 per exome using Nimblegen's latest capture.
We had a number of communication problems and delays with BGI.

Researchers using sequencing and genomics tools often have to make trade-offs. They can choose between speed or scale, short reads or long-range information, or targeted panels or a view of the whole transcriptome.
