  • Reproducible workflows for NGS analysis

    Nowgen, part of the NIHR Manchester Biomedical Research Centre, a partnership between Central Manchester University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust and The University of Manchester, is pleased to announce our forthcoming professional training course Reproducible workflows for NGS analysis. The event will be held on the 17 January 2012 at The Nowgen Centre, Manchester, UK.

    Delegates will gain practical experience in building and using workflows with the Galaxy and Taverna platforms, as well as with the myExperiment system for publishing and sharing workflows.

    Following the success of our first one-day course, Nowgen is pleased to announce that we will be running our Reproducible workflows for NGS analysis professional training course again on 11 July 2012 at the Nowgen Centre, Manchester, UK.
