how to do selective sweep analysis

Hi all，
I am doing selective sweep now using my snp datas.My snps are called by GATK tools.Is there some programm,i can use to do the analysis.
I had use the "plink" and PGDspiders,but there are some mistakes about format convert?

Hi there, maybe you can try SweepFinder or SweeD (based on SweepFinder), Nielson et al 2005. I am about to try it out myself
