- Mapping: cleaning, data control, realigning, duplicates marking.
- SNP calling: raw calling, cleaning calling, filtering.
- VCF manipulations: filtering on MAF, heterozygosity…
- Impact of SNPs on genes.
- Population genomics using sNMF.
- Context-based analyses.
