    TF Motif track UCSC

    Hi all,

    I was just thinking wouldn't it be useful to have a track option within UCSC browser showing the presence of different transcription factor motifs.
    I know people have published such tracks for certain factors alongside their ChIP-seq analysis. Is there already a TF motif track option that I missing? I'm working in mouse. Perhaps I should put one together. Suggestions and comments welcome.
