RNA counts into a reference

Hi all,

I was wandering if anyone knows how to make a figure like the attached file (taken from Lee et al. qiRNA is a new type of small interfering RNA induced by DNA damage. Nature. 2009), when you have your reads mapped to a reference genome and want to show the number counts in the sense and antisense positions.
