I would like to announce that the latest version of IGV (2.0.3) supports loading of bigwig and bigbed files.
I hope this is appropriate place for announcements of this type, I have too many outstanding threads and emails on this topic to respond to everyone so I hope to reach most people here. Apologies for the long delay in getting this done, this was a beast of a format (I mean that in a good way
).
