NGS Workflows

Hey everyone,

I'm fairly new to NGS and I am looking to gather some information regarding sample-prep workflows for the different sequencing platforms/applications.

I have been reviewing the different protocols, but I figured the best way to get this info is asking the sequencing community. I also think this might be useful to everyone else who is new to this stuff...
