I have heard due to the wavelength of the episonic that the shearing is non random.
This came from sales staff so I trust it as I would the devil himself.

Has anyone checked their sequence data after episonic shearing and noticed any problems?

Our EpiSonic shears DNA into random fragments, but it is non-random in the sense that it is reproducible. We are not sure what you mean by 'wavelength', perhaps you are referring to frequency (20kHz).
