IVC plot

Hi everybody

I had a problem in my last run, I got a very poor yielding of good number of clusters. Unfortunately, the images are not saved. The IVC plot showed that the samples were not balanced, the percent basecalls plot showed the line graph of each base to be different. Does the 'unbalanced samples have a relation to overloading or a bigger insert size?
How could I know the the low yielding is not related to overlapped clusters.
