Hi, I was wondering what platform would be the cheapest for genome-wide human seq for SNP determination. What would the approximate price be in this case?

For known SNPs only? Or known and unknown discovery?
Illumina infinium beadcheap for known SNPs. It isn't sequencing, but it is dirt cheap per sample costs for whole genome SNP genotyping. It's actually based on SNuPE technology Single Nucleotide Primer Extension.
Probably Illumina HiSeq for Unknown discovery SNPs.
