    Locating Recombination Blocks

    I have a question that might be pretty silly/elementary: Is there a tool online which I can use to identify genes that are in the same recombination block as a given SNP?

    I basically have a list of SNPs for which I'd like to find nearby genes. I can use the SNP database provided by NCBI to figure out distances between SNPs and genes but I cannot figure out how to determine if they are in the same recombination block.

    Many thanks! Been struggling with this for a while now.
