submitting for TCGA - reads quality

Hi!
Does anybody know what are the prerequisites for TCGA submission in terms of "N" in your sequencing?
How many "N" are legal in my read?
any standards?
For illumina..

Maybe i wasnt clear enough..

if there are in read 50 of 100 nucleotides are "N", the read isnt in good quality..
what is the state of art about percentage of "N" that make a read low quality?
