I wrote a set of tutorials explaining basic concepts related to de Bruijn graph based assemblers. They were compilation of our blog posts, which are so scattered that I thought it would be nice for readers to find them at one place.

I compiled a list of primary references last year (http://www.homolog.us/blogs/2012/08/...st-please-add/). Maybe I should compile a list of other useful reviews and tutorials on de Bruijn graph and add at the end of our tutorials.
