Complete installation costs for second-gen sequencer

Hello,

I would very much like to have estimates, guesstimates or even better, actually experienced installation costs for a 2nd-gen sequencing system including ancillary wet and dry lab systems, assuming standard existing infrastructure (molecular biology lab, reasonable network and standard computers). I know you also need additional manpower, but let's leave that out for the time being.
