    How can I find miRNA binding sites on a genomic sequence?

    Hi there

    I'm trying to find all the places where miRNA might bind to a specific gene I'm studying. Does anyone know how I might go about doing this?

    Searching the gene name in miRNA databases seems to have no effect - I'm guessing miRNAs are not always named after their targets? It would be surprising if the gene I am studying did not have any miRNAs that regulated it's expression.
