    Opinion on facilities in Canada?

From what I can tell there are only three places in Canada that do "next generation" sequencing. McGill University, Sick Kids in Toronto, and Michael Smith in BC.

Does anyone have any opinions on any of these places? Only McGill and SickKids have 454 machines (as far as I can tell), so those are the front-runners for me.

    Thanks

Thanks katy. I'm leaning towards doing it on a 454 machine because its a de novo sequence we're looking to do.
