Convert SINGAPORE GENOME VARIATION PROJECT (SGVP) to PLINK format

    Hello,
I've been trying to convert the SGVP to PLINK format and have not been successful.

SGVP data is available for download here:

I'm a newbie with BASH scripting but I have been able to convert the data to PLINK but when I ran Admixture SGVP with HGDP and 1000Genomes samples, the SGVP is turning up as unique populations.

I can share the code I used but it's too long to post or I can even share the PLINK files but the best help I think I can get is if someone who had successfully converted the samples to PLINK, if you can share one or two of the sample population so I can compare that to what I have done. This way I could know what happened to my conversion script.

I think the script shifts some of the data causing an "alien" like SNPs and creating its unique population.

    Thanks in advance.

Multiomic Liquid Biopsy: What DNA/RNA Panels Reveal That DNA Alone Can’t
    by SEQadmin2

Tumors contain complex mixtures of cell populations that evolve in response to treatment and host-specific factors. Tissue biopsies provide only static snapshots of a tumor’s state. But what if we could follow that evolution over time using a minimally invasive technique?

Liquid biopsies can detect tumor-derived material circulating in the bloodstream, providing a way to study treatment response, detect emerging resistance, and discover new biomarkers. Circulating

New Genomics Technologies Take Aim at Long-Standing Limits
    by SEQadmin2

Researchers using sequencing and genomics tools often have to make trade-offs. They can choose between speed or scale, short reads or long-range information, or targeted panels or a view of the whole transcriptome. New technologies that have been released this year are built to address those tough choices.

We asked six companies the same four questions to learn about their latest products. The new technologies bring a lot to the table, including rethinking sequencing
