I have updated the spreadsheet to reflect recent announcements, like SOLID PI, and is available here:

I've added new machines to the Google Spreadsheet for NGS, with the Ion Torrent announcements, and more details on Reagents prices from PacBio, Illumina and SOLID.
There are still empty fields, like base price for an Illumina IIx and HiSeq2000, which are a mystery that cannot be Googled for.

After a bit of inquiring, I've added the price at 500k for both GAIIx and HiSeq2000 from Illumina. If anyone knows of a better estimate for it, feel free to update the spreadsheet:

I've tentatively added two rows for the technology average read error rate. Any suggestions on a comprehensive error study rather than relying on the initial papers for each technology?
