Issues with Start2 (pubmlst.org) Java webstart

Anyone else having issues running Start2 (from pubmlst.org) on their Windows 7, Chrome browser, Java 1.8 machine?

I've updated the Java security setting to allow pubmlst.org use webstart, however I continue to get the Java security warning. Any ideas?
