Does anyone know how I can get the 'heatmap' tool in cistrome to work?
It's under the 'annotate and visualise' subheading - it's exactly the kind of thing I need. But whatever wig file I select I just an error message.
Does someone mind giving it try and letting me know if it works for them?
Or perhaps someone might know of a similar user friendly tool.
Any suggestions welcome, thanks!
