I would like to get several dozen samples individually barcoded before combined Solid 4 sequencing, paired end. Are there any work-arounds to reduce the massive costs associated with barcoding, preferably making use of systems which do not lead to the waste of several basepairs? In preference for less than 100$ per sample?
By getting the kits from Abi myself I could reduce some of the associated costs, but isnt there a way to get this done cheaper, without splitting the slides physically? Any suggestions welcome!
