templiphi dna extraction

has anyone used templiphi dna to amplify dna without pcr? i do not see any posts about templiphi here.
i have used templiphi to amplify the dna of a pUC18 control they give in the kit and a bacterial liquid culture of my own. the sequencing came out quite well.
I would like to isolate the templiphi'd dna of the control and my bacterial culture. there is no protocol i can find that shows how to do this. i would like to place the isolated dna on a slide. the booklet gives an isolation procedure for BAC DNA, but not bacterial cultured dna.
please help with any advice.
