Hi Guys,

Can any explain me what SNP% means? I got a SNP report from Mr. DNA. I believe they sequenced my bacterial genome with Illumina, Miseq. Also, I have difficulties to understand Q call. I assume Q call is equivalent to Q score. They mean a value of 50.9 (The score range seems to be between 0-60). Any information is highly appreciated. Thank you in advance!
