    RIGER analysis

    Hi!
    I want to use RIGER p value analysis tools to analyse my data and it seems that the only available source of RIGER software is this one:
    http://www.broadinstitute.org/cancer...xtensions.html

    I downloaded the jar file but it does't open on my mac. I tried it on another mac and the problem was the same. Does anyone know a better link or how to fix this problem?

    Thanks!

    P.S. I have GENE-E software installed on my mac
