Gene fusion detection methods on heterogenous samples

I am interested in the detection of structural aberrations (gene fusions and translocations) on blood and bone marrow samples with a high sensitivity (1 aberrated cell in 1 million cells).

Considerations:
- DNA or RNA level
- Hybridization or PCR enrichment

Any methods currently available?
