Hello,
is anyone aware of publicly available data with at least 8 samples describing gene expression as follows, each time for 2 conditions, so that logFC can be calculated each time:
+ tissue1 for human
+ tissue2 for human
+ tissue1 for some animal
+ tissue2 for some animal
Would be great to have biological replicates, would be nice if animal is mouse and tissue2 is blood.
The 2 conditions could be young/old, healthy/diseased, male/female, or similar. RNA-seq preferred, microarray data ok if need be.
