    Phred20 alternativews?

    Hi,

    I've been looking around for ways to evaluate or assess a read based on the Phred score of all its bases. What I found from my searching was the Phred20 but could not find any others. Is the Phred20 metric the de facto standard? Are there any alternatives? Thanks in advance.
