    Running Mira

I recently download the latest version of mira and added the mira directory to PATH
When i run mira from the command line i get the following message

    zsh: exec format error: mira

I'm new enough to linux so i assume it's something i have done wrong. Does anyone have any ideas or instructions for installing mira

I'm using Ubuntu 8.04 if that helps

Maybe you can download another version or the compiled version.
    mira_3.4.0_prod_linux-gnu_x86_64_static.tar.bz2

Ubuntu 8.04 is quite old; unless you have installed the server version (where support drops in April 2013) there is no need to use such an old linux.

But the problem you have is probably just an architecture mismatch.
      What gives you
      Code:
      uname -m
Maybe you just downloaded a 64bit binary and tried to run it on a 32bit system? Which version have you downloaded?

Multiomic Liquid Biopsy: What DNA/RNA Panels Reveal That DNA Alone Can’t
        by SEQadmin2

Tumors contain complex mixtures of cell populations that evolve in response to treatment and host-specific factors. Tissue biopsies provide only static snapshots of a tumor’s state. But what if we could follow that evolution over time using a minimally invasive technique?

Liquid biopsies can detect tumor-derived material circulating in the bloodstream, providing a way to study treatment response, detect emerging resistance, and discover new biomarkers. Circulating

New Genomics Technologies Take Aim at Long-Standing Limits
        by SEQadmin2

Researchers using sequencing and genomics tools often have to make trade-offs. They can choose between speed or scale, short reads or long-range information, or targeted panels or a view of the whole transcriptome. New technologies that have been released this year are built to address those tough choices.

We asked six companies the same four questions to learn about their latest products. The new technologies bring a lot to the table, including rethinking sequencing
