Contig Coverage vs. Sequence Coverage?

Hi all,

I recently undertook a mosquito metatranscriptomics project and am analyzing data. I want to present both sequence coverage and contig coverage, but I am a little confused about what this means and I hope someone can clarify. We used BLAST to search pathogen databases using CLC. I should this was an RNA-Seq project.

Is it as simple as HSP length/contig length for contig coverage, and HSP length/Accession length?

I am kind of new to this stuff so any info is appreciated!
