I do. The platform should be proposed to your lab, depending on your assay throughput, in the $50k for both instruments (you can't do with only one!) and cost per assay should be in between $25-$40/assay. The F2+F5 multiplex assay is supposed to be this cost too. To my opinion: reasonably priced. Fact is, you need your own DNA extraction automated platform to have the complete system. Until Verigene 2 arrives.

  • Does anyone have experience with Nanosphere's Verigene system?

We're looking into it and I was hoping someone has some personal hands-on experience they could share.

Since I haven't been able to contact someone, if you could share the approximate price of the Processor and Reader, that would be great, too.

Investigating the Gut Microbiome Through Diet and Spatial Biology
    by seqadmin

The human gut contains trillions of microorganisms that impact digestion, immune functions, and overall health1. Despite major breakthroughs, we’re only beginning to understand the full extent of the microbiome’s influence on health and disease. Advances in next-generation sequencing and spatial biology have opened new windows into this complex environment, yet many questions remain. This article highlights two recent studies exploring how diet influences microbial...
