Recommendation for windows NGS analysis software

Hi,

I would very much appreciate recommendations on a good and stable windows based software package for the analysis of sequencing reads from Illumina, SOLiD, 454, and Ion Torrent.

In my opinion CLC Bio's Genomic Workbench is best but you need at least 12GB of RAM and more RAM is better. If you can afford 32GB of RAM I would get it.
