I'm working as a bioinformatician at a private genotyping service company mainly for agricultural breeders in Canberra, Australia.
I am currently establishing an Illumina GAIIx based analysis pipeline to do genotyping by sequencing.
Other interests include marker-trait association and linkage group and genetic map construction.
I already use SEQanswers as one of my information sources and I am looking forward to future discussions.
