First of all many thanks for this wonderful webiste. I've been reading this forum for two months (I've found here many useful hints). Today I have decided to register in NGS community
. I'm the member of Sequencing Laboratory in Institute of Biochemistry and Biophysics in Warsaw. We've started using 454 GS-FLX platform for BAC sequencing in Potato Genome Sequencing Project. I hope that together we will find solutions for many next-gen sequencing problems.
