Hi y'all -
I may be an oddball on this forum. I'm an ex-social scientist turned statistician turned genomics enthusiast. I'm here to learn what I can, especially about sample prep and instrument chemistries, and I have a personal interest in where the results variation between resequencing pipelines is coming from. I was once a half-decent R programmer, and may be able to contribute on that front if there's a need...
