Hello All,

I'm a computational scientist that is involved in
analyzing some next-get datasets.
So far I've been working mostly with viruses
and prokaryotes using 454, thinking of moving
to mice and humans using solexa/illumina.
Hope to learn from the forum and share
whatever little I know
