FFPE DNA next gen sequencing

Hi:

I have followed the forum before then being away for a while. Now I am back and would like to say Hi to everyone. I am currently working on DNA size selection for next gen sequencing as well as minimal bias FFPE tissue whole genome DNA amplification. I wonder if anyone works here on FFPE next gene DNA sequencing and what do you think about it. Any feedback is appreciated. Thanks very much in advance.
