    Hello from France

    Hi everyone!

    My name is Nathalie and I live in France.
    I work in a lab who constructs and uses plant BAC librairies.
    We are waiting for our 454 GS junior to sequence BAC clones, it will be there in 3 months (can't wait!!) so I'm studying the different technologies to be prepared.
    This world remains complicated for me but it becomes clearer every day thanks to your forum and many publications!
