Hi everyone,
My name is Megan Laurance. I'm a scientist working at Ingenuity Systems, and am the Product Manager for iReport for RNA-Seq and Microarray - a data analysis and interpretation tool that helps bench scientists understand the functional implications of their RNA-Seq data via pathway and molecular interaction analysis.
I joined the SEQanswers community to keep in touch with the latest developments in the RNA-Seq field, and to connect with biologists who are applying RNA-Seq in their research. I'll also be using the various Forums to post seminar announcements, and hopefully to recruit some of you for an upcoming beta release of some new isoform-specific features in iReport.
