Hello fellow NGS users!

Hello from the Deep South (University of Otago) of New Zealand. Am an end-user of Ion Torrent and 454 technologies. If only R* would get their act together for GS Junior/XL+! First run on Ion 318 - 480 million bp - how does one handle that volume of data for a de novo assembly? Hence I SEQanswers!
