quantification of library
Hi all.
I'm very happy to be part of this forum and I hope yuo can help me!
I have prepared 32 library using the protocol from Illumina (TruSeq RNA sample preapration Guide v2).
I have check the quality of my libraries with bioanalyzer and now i'm going to quantify them using qubit.
But, my question is:
after quantification I have the concentration in ng/ul.I don't know the way to transform the concentration in ng/ul in nM.
