Hi Everyone.
Wonderful to join this group. I am extremely new in NGS, and I would really like to learn a lot more about next generation sequencing. I will be working on a project to find snp's and other variations in a dna sequence of an organism that doesn't have a reference genome yet (ok, that's what I know so far...I stand to be corrected). I will be using clc genome workbench for a bulk of the project. I hope to learn a lot from this website and I am looking forward to interact with you all
ps..if there's anyone who is an expert in clc bio (genome workbench), or at least knows and understands how to use it, I hope you'll give me some tips on how to go about using it
