    Biotechnology Student writing a thesis about NGS

    Hi my name is Christine. At the moment I'm writing my Bachelorthesis about NGS especially on exonresequencing useing pyroseqeuncing. In my thesis I have to explain why the several steps work and the chemical background but they often drop this criteria in manuals. I hope you can help me by finding the right answers.

      You might have more luck asking questions about specific steps in particular protocols; what exactly are you trying to learn?
