Hi there from Austria,
I really appreciate this forum for NGS and genome projects. Now I want to say a friendly hello from Vienna after registering half a year earlier. I am interested in all NGS techniques and (meta-)genomics. Currently I am searching examples of using R (project) to visualize assemblies for reads, coverage and GC%.
