Recently took over a project looking to leverage RNA-Seq to find differentially expressed genes and associated alleles using a mouse model. Using the forums to try and get a handle on tools like EdgeR and DESeq as alternatives to Partek GS. I'm pretty new to Bioinformatics and have only light R experience, so any resource suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
